Do I need a dehumidifier afterward?No, and that's the biggest difference between how we do it and how most of it gets done. We seal completely, so there's no moisture left to manage.
It rains a lot here. Can a sealed crawl space handle it?Yes. Heavy rain and ridge runoff are exactly why we seal with closed-cell foam and a heavy ground barrier, and add a sump pump where the water table or runoff calls for it.
